MENU
An incredible, eclectic, creative variety of sushi and, of course, teriyaki, tempura and stir-fry. There is also a variety of Japanese appetizers. The menu is staggering in variety. But most people either get a couple of sushi rolls or go straight for the hibachi.

ATMOSPHERE
A little bit entertainment (smoking onions!) and a little bit family style, where you eat at a large table with a bunch of strangers; under any circumstance, it shakes you out of your dining rut and puts new people and food right in front of you. We consider that a good thing.

OUR FAVORITE FOOD/ PRICE
The sushi was fresh and creative but the hibachi with filet mignon, shrimp and chicken was really stellar ($28.95). It came with salad, soup, veggies and rice, which is a whole lot of food for one person. It was perfectly prepared and darn tasty.

REASON TO GO
The cooking show! The chefs are fun and entertaining while they prepare the entrees. And even if it never really changes from one time to the next, I never get tired of seeing the stack of onions smoking.

SERVICE
Absolutely no complaints. The chef was fun and the attention to detail and the politeness of the server was all-star.

NOISE LEVEL
Exactly what you'd expect from an entertaining dinner hot spot.

KID FRIENDLY
Very, very kid friendly. The shows are entertaining to the kids, plus there's a separate kids menu. Most tables had a little one or two and they all appeared pretty happy.
